Our Team
Mark Halligan - Physiotherapist
Mark has over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist in assessing and treating musculoskeletal injury.
He understands the need to personalise exercise not only to suit the condition but to also suit the individual.
Whether that is someone who has never set foot in a gym and is looking to restore their fitness after injury, or someone that is training to return to competitive sport.
Mark also prides himself on being able to connect people with the right team of professionals to help people reach their goals. Whether that is myotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, dietitian, sports doctors, orthopaedic surgeons or psychologists, best results always come from working as a team.
Justin Grant - Exercise Physiologist
Since completing his Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in mid 2018, Justin has strengthened his belief that everyone can benefit from exercise. He has had the opportunity to work with people with a wide range of health problems, from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, recovering from joint replacement surgery and working with people with physical and mental disability.
He likes to keep exercise functional and fun, and to share his tips and tricks for keeping people healthy and active away from the clinic as well.
Justin particularly loves working with people with long standing injuries and disability where exercise can have tremendously positive effect on not only physical but mental health, confidence and independence.
Sam Gill - Exercise Physiologist
Sam brings 10 years knowledge and experience to the team at Rehab 346. Since graduating as an exercise physiologist in 2012 he has had the opportunity to work with AFL players, Australian cricketers and international level soccer players.
Over those 10 years, Sam has discovered that it doesn’t matter if you an elite athlete preparing for competition or a person with a disability building functional capacity to improve your level of independence and quality of daily life, the satisfaction and joy that comes helping people achieve their goals is the same.
Sam believes the health benefits of engaging in physical activity are endless, and when people experience improved movement, strength and function, the confidence boost in their body's ability can be life-changing.
