Qualified.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university trained allied health professionals. Those qualifications are more than just knowing how to perform and exercise with “good form”. It includes detailed understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and how exercise can not only play a role in the managing health conditions but help you to get the most out of life.
That training equips our exercise physiologists with the knowledge of what exercises are not only going to be suitable but safe, and what factors will need to be considered to help get you started or keep you going.
